100 Days of Wonder – #65

Today has definitely been a day of transportation. None of it as iconic or fast as the example in today’s picture though. I am in Paris for a workshop tomorrow which I am really looking forward to – especially now I have met some of the participants at a welcome dinner this evening.

There’s nothing like a car ride, 2 short flights, spending a disproportionately long time getting a travel pass, an RER and 3 different metro lines to make you wish for something a little more direct and speedy. And that’s with everything apart from the ticket buying being super efficient. Actually I have channelled my inner zen quite well today and actually enjoyed the travel as a time to see parts of Paris as I travelled through and people watch on the metro. Still wouldn’t mind a go in that X-Wing though.
